This 2013 Ford E-350 underwent a four-wheel-drive conversion in 2014 by Quigley 4x4 of Manchester, Pennsylvania. The van is finished in black and has a pop-up top with a sleeping loft as well as a steel roof rack, ladders, side steps, and bumpers. Inside, four captain’s chairs and a U-shaped convertible dinette trimmed in two-tone gray leather are accompanied by a fold-down TV, a custom stereo, wood trim, and a removable table. Power is supplied by a 6.8-liter V10 linked with a five-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case, and further equipment includes 20″ wheels with 33″ tires as well as a lifted suspension, a limited-slip rear differential, and a receiver hitch.
